What is the ruling on building a house and a storehouse on agricultural land, and is that considered killing a living being?

There is no harm for a man in buying agricultural land and building a dwelling on it instead of farming it. He may remove the crops and utilize his land as he wishes, for uprooting crops in a way that does not cause corruption is permissible in Islamic law.
