Does verse 65 of Surat Al-Anfal specify a certain ratio (minimum or maximum) for engaging in battle with enemies?

Verse 65 of Surat Al-Anfal, which commands believers to fight and mentions that twenty steadfast individuals can overcome two hundred, and a hundred can overcome a thousand, had its ruling abrogated by Verse 66 of the same surah. This latter verse lightened the command, stating that a hundred steadfast individuals can overcome two hundred, and a thousand can overcome two thousand, due to the weakness of the Muslims. This concession resulted in a decrease in patience commensurate with the lightening of the burden.
