What is the ruling on including phrases such as "Ma sha' Allah" (God has willed it), "In sha' Allah" (God willing), "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah" (There is no might or power except with Allah), and "Inna lillahi" (Indeed we belong to Allah) in fictional stories and novels?

There is no objection to writing such stories, provided that the remembrance of Allah (the Most High) is placed in its appropriate context. The Maqamat of Badi' al-Zaman and al-Hariri are full of such instances, without any disapproval from the people of knowledge.
