Is there a specific formula for praying for the deceased, similar to the prayer upon the Prophet Muhammad, may God’s peace and blessings be upon him?

Praying upon someone other than the Prophet (peace be upon him) individually is permissible according to some scholars, while others say that it is not prescribed except as a follow-up to the Prophet (peace be upon him). The view that allows praying upon someone other than the Prophet individually permits praying for the deceased in any form, such as: "O Allah, bless so-and-so," as there is no specific required formula. Supplicating for the deceased before and after burial is sufficient in any form.
