Is it permissible to recite the Quran despite difficulty in pronouncing some verses, even with effort and without intent?

If a Muslim exerts effort in reciting the Qur’an beautifully but finds it difficult to pronounce some words correctly, there is no blame upon him, and he should continue reading. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who is skilled in the Qur’an will be with the noble and righteous scribes (angels), and the one who reads the Qur’an and stumbles over it, finding it difficult, will have two rewards." The skilled one is the expert who does not falter in his recitation, and the one who stumbles is he who hesitates due to weakness in memorization; he will have two rewards: the reward for reading and the reward for the difficulty. The skilled one is superior and has a greater reward because he is with the angels, and one who has not taken care of the Book of Allah like the skilled one cannot attain his level.
