Will he enter Paradise after the Reckoning, or will he enter Hellfire only, if a man adheres to the correct, uncorrupted Christian faith, believes in the Oneness of God, affirms all pillars of faith, and pronounces the two declarations of faith (Shahadatayn), yet he is not upon the religion of Islam?

The affirmation that a Christian man is a monotheist is of no benefit unless he embraces Islam, believes in Muhammad, peace be upon him, and adheres to his law; for Allah Almighty says: "And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted from him, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers" (Quran 3:85). The Prophet, peace be upon him, clarified that whoever among the Jews and Christians hears of him and does not believe in him will enter Hell, and that Jesus, peace be upon him, announced the coming of Muhammad, peace be upon him. Therefore, whoever follows Jesus believes in Muhammad.
