Is looking at my nakedness in the mirror unlawful (haram)?

There is no difference between looking directly at the 'awrah and looking at it in a mirror. It is permissible to look at the 'awrah if there is a need, such as removing harm or for depilation, and it may even be obligatory. It is disliked to look at the 'awrah without need, whether directly or in a mirror.
