What is the waiting period (iddah) for a woman whose marriage was consummated and who was divorced with a revocable divorce by a ma'dhun (authorized marriage official), knowing that the ma'dhun issued a fatwa that it is 62 days?

The waiting period (iddah (definition)) for a divorced woman with whom consummation has occurred varies depending on her condition. If she is a menstruating woman, her iddah is three menstrual cycles, based on the Almighty's saying: "And divorced women shall wait concerning themselves for three menstrual periods." If she is not a menstruating woman, such as a minor or one who has reached menopause, her iddah is three months, based on the Almighty's saying: "And those of your women who have despaired of menstruation, if you have doubts, their waiting period is three months, and those who have not menstruated." As for a pregnant woman, her iddah is until she delivers her burden, based on the Almighty's saying: "And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they deliver their burden." There is no difference in the iddah between a revocable and an irrevocable divorce.
