What is meant by the Qur’an’s challenge for anyone to produce a surah like it, when it seems that anyone is capable of rephrasing short verses from the Qur’an, or composing eloquent texts from other works, and matching the linguistic prowess of the Qur’an?

The Holy Quran is the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) greatest sign and ultimate miracle. Allah Almighty challenged humans and jinn to produce its like, but they failed, and this challenge remains until the Day of Judgment. Furthermore, the facets of the Quran's miraculousness are manifold, not limited to its composition, style, and eloquence, but also encompassing prophecies of the unseen, knowledge, rulings, profound wisdom, and the coherence between its verses.

In summary, the Quran is miraculous in all its domains and levels. Among these domains are its rhetorical, call-to-Islam, educational, legislative, and scientific miraculousness.
