What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a son severing ties with his mother and father due to disagreements between the mother and the son's wife, and what is the way to reconcile between them, taking into consideration the modest cultural level of both parties?

The brother's severing of ties with his parents is neither among the acts of beneficence (Ihsan) commanded by Allah, nor among the good companionship commanded by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.

The brother must repent and return to his parents, enduring their harm patiently to attain Paradise. Matters can be rectified through supplication (Du'a), reminding them of the virtue of maintaining kinship ties and the punishment for severing them, and seeking assistance from relatives and righteous people.
