Is it permissible to accept financial aid offered by the Ministry of Education in Egypt to the family of a student who died in an accident during the school year, given that the applicant is an employee and possesses nothing but his salary?

"It is permissible, Islamically, to accept aid from the Ministry for the guardians of students who have died or been injured in accidents. State aid in general is permissible to accept for those who meet the stipulated conditions. It is not permissible to resort to deception to obtain it for those who do not meet the conditions, as that involves lying and cheating."
