Is a wife entitled to alimony for the period she spent outside the marital home without her husband's permission and her refusal to return, knowing that the husband did not expel her, and she was the one who left the house and gathered her belongings?

The Sharia commanded spouses to live together amicably, which means each party fulfilling their duties towards the other with affection, respect, and understanding. A wife's rebellion against her husband and her refusal to obey him in what is good, such as refusing intimacy or going out without his permission, is considered 'nushuz' (disobedience/rebellion), which nullifies her right to financial support, and her husband is permitted to discipline her. If the wife is disobedient in this way, she is not entitled to financial support for the duration of her 'nushuz'. Reconciliation between spouses is preferable, especially with the presence of children, but if reconciliation is impossible, then separation from such a wife is better.
