How sound is this reported Hadith: "Shall I not teach you words which, if you say them, Allah will forgive you, even if you are already forgiven? Say: (There is no god but Allah, the Most High, the Most Great; there is no god but Allah, the Most Wise, the Most Generous; there is no god but Allah, Glory be to Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne; Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds)?"
This hadith was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Ahmad, Ibn Hibban, and others, and its wording is: "Shall I not teach you words which, if you say them, Allah will forgive you, even if you are already forgiven?" He said: "Say: 'There is no god but Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous. There is no god but Allah, glory be to Allah, Lord of the Magnificent Throne.'" In another narration: "All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds."
