Is it permissible for my wife to go to public baths in Ramadan, knowing that the bathroom at home is very small and she is pregnant and fears for herself from the cold?

If it is possible to bathe at home, it is not permissible for a woman to go to a public bathhouse, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not permit his wife to enter the bathhouse," and his saying: "There is no woman who takes off her clothes outside of her husband's house except that she has torn the veil between her and her Lord." However, if she cannot bathe at home, then it is permissible for her to enter the public bathhouse out of necessity, with caution and covering, as the scholars said: "It is permitted for women to use the bathhouse when there is a need, just as it is permitted for men, along with lowering the gaze and guarding one's private parts. This is, for example, if she is sick, or in postnatal bleeding, or needs to perform a ritual bath that she cannot perform except in the bathhouse."
