What is the meaning of "that which is squeezed from pure things, like rosewater," and is it pure?

The term "added water" is mentioned in Islamic jurisprudence when discussing categories of water. It refers to pure water that is not permissible for removing ritual impurity (hadath) or physical filth (khabath), such as rosewater, clove water, or water that exudes from tree veins.
