Is it permissible to sit in the front seat with one's sister's husband if the driver is one of the husband's brothers?

A woman is not permitted to ride alone in a car with a non-mahram driver, due to the unlawful seclusion involved, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No man is alone with a woman but Satan is the third." If the seclusion is removed by the presence of another person, it is preferable for the woman to sit in the back seat, and for a man or a woman from her mahrams to sit next to the driver.
