What are the obstacles to Dawah in the present age, and how can they be remedied?

Calling people to Allah is a great honor, but today it faces many obstacles, most notably people's turning away from religion, their preoccupation with modern distractions, and the ganging up of nations against Muslims. The داعية (caller to Islam) must be wise, like a doctor who treats every illness with its appropriate remedy, utilizing modern means, and being knowledgeable of the conditions of people in their society.
