What is the ruling of the Sharia on using the therapeutic methods of acupuncture and "energy healing"?

It is permissible for a Muslim to seek treatment with anything except what is forbidden, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Seek medical treatment, for Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down a cure for it; whoever knows it, knows it, and whoever is ignorant of it, is ignorant of it."

Acupuncture is a type of treatment based on pricking specific points with needles to stimulate the affected organ, and its effectiveness has been proven.

As for energy therapy, it includes types such as atomic, magnetic, radiant, and solar energy, or through a dietary system.

There is no harm in seeking treatment with these types (including acupuncture) provided that the treatment is administered by a qualified expert, as treatment from a non-expert may cause harm.
