Is it permissible for me to cash a winning lottery ticket that I found in the street and has no owner, knowing that I did not spend any money or goods to obtain it?

Lottery is a forbidden form of gambling, which Allah named Maysir (gambling). If a lottery ticket is found, it does not mean that taking the money is permissible, because it was taken unjustly and falls under the general meaning of His Almighty's saying: (And do not consume your properties among yourselves wrongfully).
