Is it permissible for a son to rent a house far from his parents to avoid further disobedience to them?

The questioner is advised to repent, return to Allah, and seek His forgiveness for their disobedience. If leaving the home frees them from the harm of their parents, and their parents do not need their constant presence, then leaving is easier than remaining in disobedience. However, if they need the questioner to stay with them for care or companionship, then the questioner must remain and strive to be obedient, seeking Allah's pleasure and entry into Paradise through obeying them and humbling themselves before them.
