What is the ruling on money taken by an employee from his workplace without a legitimate right, and how can it be returned without his matter being exposed?

Praise be to Allah for your repentance. You must return the money to the institution where you work to complete your repentance, even if indirectly, such as sending it via a transfer in the name of the institution without mentioning your name.
