Is it permissible to mix between the madhahib (schools of thought) in acts of worship, such as prayer, and is that considered seeking out dispensations (tattabu' al-rukhas)?

Moving from one madhhab to another is not the blameworthy following of concessions (rukhas). Indeed, the eminent scholar Ibn Daqeeq al-Eid preferred the permissibility of this if the one transferring feels at ease with the other madhhab and does not intend to trifle. The questioner is advised to avoid this disagreement and to emulate what he finds more trustworthy for himself.
