What is the reason for the رفع (nominative case) of the verb "يقول" (yaqūlu) in His – the Most High's – saying: "حتى يقول الرسول والذين آمنوا متى نصر الله" (until the Messenger and those who believed say, 'When is the help of Allah?') according to the narration of Warsh?

Abu Shama, Al-Baydawi, and Al-Shawkani mentioned that the reason for raising the verb "yaqulu" (يقول) in Nafi's recitation is its interpretation as referring to the past, meaning: "until the Messenger said," or that it is a narration of a past state, and if the verb is such and comes after "hatta" (حتى), it is raised.
