The question

What is the ruling on the clear fluid that is discharged with lust when cleaning the private parts after relieving oneself, and is using the hand for cleaning in this case considered masturbation? What should one do if the period of lust is prolonged and the time for prayer has begun? And what is the ruling on fluids mixed with other colors that may be discharged in the same situation?

The answer

It is obligatory for a girl to distance herself from the causes of arousal and to strive against her lower self to repel them. The fluid that was discharged is madhy (pre-seminal fluid), which is impure and requires ' (washing the private parts), washing whatever it touched on the body and clothes, and performing wudu' (ablution) only. (ritual bath) is not required unless it is maniy (seminal fluid). As for vaginal discharge, it is pure according to the most correct opinion, but it nullifies wudu'. If the girl did not intentionally seek to discharge her desire and did not commit masturbation, then there is no sin upon her. If the time for prayer enters and the arousal has not subsided, she must strive against her lower self by cutting off its causes and pray according to her condition if she fears the prayer time will expire.
