Is it permissible to marry a working woman while already having a wife and four children, taking into account the fear for the family's stability and the desire not to leave the working woman unmarried?

If you are capable of marriage and of being just between two wives without causing your family to be lost, and you wish to protect this woman's chastity, then we hope you will be rewarded. However, if you fear that your family will be lost, then do not marry her and seek a righteous husband for her. Be careful not to be lenient in dealing with her as long as she is a non-mahram, and adhere to the limits set by Allah to close the door to temptation.
