Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to read the Qur’an from the Mushaf?

Lying under oath is permissible to conceal oneself, but it is better to use equivocation (tawriya) and allusions (ma'areed), for example, by intending a specific time or place with one's oath. If, by his oath, he intends that he has not committed the sin, based on what the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin," then there is hope that this will benefit him and remove him from the category of a liar.
