Is it correct to rely on the prayer times of Damascus for a village 50 kilometers away? And is the mentioned number of rak'ahs for the confirmed Sunnah prayers sufficient? And is it permissible to build a mosque in a town where the number of worshippers is small and they frequently make mistakes in their acts of worship?

Prayer times are determined by the legal signs or by the calendars based on them. As for the supererogatory prayers you perform, they represent the minimum amount for the emphasized regular Sunnah (definition) prayers (Rawatib). The most complete form of these Sunnah prayers consists of eighteen rak'ahs, which are: two rak'ahs before Fajr, four before Dhuhr and four after it, two rak'ahs after Maghrib, two rak'ahs after Isha, and four before Asr. It is recommended to perform the Taslim (definition) (salutation) after every two rak'ahs in the four-rak'ah supererogatory prayers.
