Is it permissible to complete studies at a mixed-gender university to obtain a better job opportunity, in order to stay near one's parents and serve them?

If there is a need to study and no university free from mixing is found, and the student can be safe from temptation in such a university, then there is no harm in enrolling in it, while being cautious of everything that leads to temptation.
