Is it permissible for a woman who has been given a revocable divorce to observe her iddah in her family's home, having left her husband's house without his knowledge, or must she return to the marital home?

The wife must return to her husband's house and remain there until her iddah (waiting period) expires, as Allah Almighty says: "Do not expel them from their houses, nor should they themselves leave." This is one of the rights of the iddah, which is a right belonging to Allah Almighty, and the husband does not have the authority to waive it. If she was outside the house at the time of divorce, she is obligated to return to it.
