Is it permissible to offer a course on "Sexual Culture" in a mixed-gender Islamic forum, despite the fear of arousing base desires, even though the specialized female member is righteous and wishes to benefit young people?

Teaching sexual education online or otherwise is permissible, provided it adheres to the following Sharia guidelines:

1. Pure Intention: The intention should not be to arouse instincts or incite desires. 2. Sharia-Compliant Presentation: Avoid explicit descriptions of private matters, and suffice with allusions, as mentioned in the Holy Quran. 3. Reliance on Permissible Means: Do not resort to forbidden images or similar things. 4. Limitation to Permissible Methods: Teach only the legitimate ways for a husband and wife to achieve pleasure, and avoid deviant methods. 5. Actual Need of the Target Audience: The target audience must genuinely need this information.

If these guidelines are observed, there is no objection to organizing such courses.
