Is it better to rent out two apartments in a building with the intention of selling its units at a reduced price to needy relatives, or to sell them at market price and benefit from the profit?

Charity given to a needy relative is more rewarding than charity given to a non-relative, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Charity given to the poor is charity, and to a relative, it is two: charity and upholding ties of kinship." Therefore, it is advisable to proceed with the facilitated rent for the two needy families, for Allah will bless and compensate you. One must not listen to the whisperings of Satan, who hinders from doing good, for Allah promises forgiveness and bounty, while Satan promises poverty.
