A husband who is abusive and ungrateful for God's blessings, as he commands his wife to disobey God, withholds her rights, abandons her, and travels without her. Justice between wives is obligatory, and whoever does not act justly will come on the Day of Resurrection with half of his body leaning. Justice in division of time and lodging is obligatory, but it does not include love and intercourse. The husband must take his wife with him to his place of residence, and if he does not, the wife has the right to seek a divorce due to harm. It is permissible to supplicate against an oppressor, but it is better to demand justice or seek a divorce. It is not permissible to interfere in God's affairs, and a woman is not permitted to travel for Umrah alone without a mahram.
