The answer

Kudra (brownish discharge) outside the time of menstruation necessitates istinja' (washing the private parts) due to its impurity. When in doubt, it should be attributed to the closest time it is likely to have been discharged. It is not necessary to repeat the bandaging and change the sanitary pad for every prayer, unless there was negligence in the bandaging or the bandage moved from its place. There is no need to make up the prayers about which there is doubt, because the default is that impurity does not transfer from the sanitary pad to the clothes except with certainty.
