Am I obliged to pay Zakat this year, given that I bought a shop three months before the end of the year and have not yet completed the Zakat amount for last year? Am I sinful for that? And can I complete the amount after the end of the year?

If purchasing the shop means buying the physical premises, then there is no on the shop itself, nor on the machinery and equipment used within it.
As for the merchandise and cash, zakat is obligatory on them if they reach the [] threshold, considering their initial [hawl] (one year possession) if they are a result of the money that existed before buying the shop. If they are not a result of that, then a new year for their zakat begins from the day of their possession.
As for the zakat of the previous year, repentance is due for delaying its payment, and what remains of it must be paid immediately, as it is a debt that is not waived by delay.
