What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning the fatwas issued by some scholars, or those attributed to them, which permit Misyar marriage or gratuities for facilitating transactions (legalized bribery)?

Misremarriage is valid if it fulfills its pillars and conditions. Bribery, as defined by Ibn Hazm, is what a person gives to have a false judgment rendered in his favor or to wrong someone. However, what is given to obtain a right or to repel injustice is not prohibited bribery; rather, it is permissible for the giver. But if it is given to repel a right or to obtain something false, then it is prohibited bribery.
