How can we reconcile the tasks of angels mentioned in religious texts (such as driving clouds, growing plants, and sending down rain) with empirical science?

Angels are entrusted with tasks in the universe, which they only carry out by Allah's command. They are Allah's mighty soldiers. The existence of cosmic laws does not contradict the work of angels. For example, thunder and lightning are among the works of angels, and they are perceptible phenomena.
