What do the words "السَّنَة" (as-sanah) and "السُّنُون" (as-sunūn) mentioned in the noble Prophetic Hadith mean, and what is their benefit?

The words "al-sanah" (سَنَة) and "al-sinin" (سِنِين) are mentioned in several hadiths. Their meaning, in brief, is drought, hunger, scarcity of provision, and lack of blessing, as in the Almighty's saying: (And We certainly seized the people of Pharaoh with years of famine and a deficiency in the fruits). (Quran 7:130). "Al-sana" (السنا) and "al-sanut" (السنوت) may be medicines. "Al-sana" is a known plant, and "al-sanut" is honey or dill.
