ما الفرق بين مشيئة الله وإذنه؟

Permission (Idhn) and Will (Mashī’ah) are similar in the context of cosmic volition, but they differ in that permission can be religious (shar‘ī). Cosmic permission includes what Allah loves and what He does not love, whereas religious permission only pertains to what Allah loves and approves. Will (Mashī’ah) is cosmic volition, and it encompasses all events: what Allah wills comes to be, and what He does not will does not come to be.
