Does the obsessive whispering (waswas) that makes the questioner rewash clothes and the body multiple times, and makes her fear that she has put magic in food, and prevents her from leaving the house for fear of becoming impure or people coming into contact with her, necessitate consulting a psychiatrist?

These whispers (waswas) are from Satan, and the only cure for them is to ignore them and not pay attention to them. The questioner must strive against himself to live his life normally, without being bothered by these whispers, and to repel them by all possible means. He should also seek treatment in compliance with the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) recommendation.
