Is it permissible to take out a loan through an Islamic Murabaha (cost-plus financing) method to establish an internet café? Is working in an internet café considered permissible (halal), given the presence of inappropriate content on the internet? And does the owner of the café bear the sin of those who browse forbidden websites?

Opening an internet cafe is permissible with legitimate Islamic controls, otherwise it is not permissible, because they are predominantly used for bad things, and thus would be an aid to what is forbidden, and the money generated from it would be mixed. The Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, warned against consuming unlawful money. As for obtaining a course to repair devices, it is a good project, and do not repair devices for anyone you know uses them for forbidden purposes.
