ما الدليل الشرعي على وجوب إقران نية الصلاة بتكبيرة الإحرام؟

Scholars differ regarding the concomitance of intention (niyyah) with the takbirat al-ihram (opening takbir):

- The majority of scholars believe that the concomitance of intention with the takbirat al-ihram is not a condition, and it is permissible for the intention to precede it by a short time. - The Shafi'is stipulate the concomitance of intention with the takbirat al-ihram, citing as evidence the verse: ﴿And they were not commanded except to worship Allah, dedicating [their] religion to Him alone﴾ and the hadith: "Actions are but by intentions." - Some scholars have permitted the intention to precede the takbirat al-ihram by a considerable time, so long as the person does not intend to invalidate the intention, and they consider this opinion to be the soundest.
