What is the ruling on naming a girl "Ayat" or "Bara'ah"?

It is permissible to be named "Ayat" because it does not fall under the names that are disliked in Islamic law, and its meaning in the language is: trace, proof, evidence, and sign. As for being named "Bara'ah", it is not appropriate; because it is one of the opening words of the chapters of the Holy Quran, and scholars have prohibited naming with the names of the Quran and its chapters.
