Is it Islamically permissible to participate in a network marketing company called "Local Ad Click" whose concept is based on paying a sum of money in exchange for watching advertisements, with the possibility of receiving a commission from the company by bringing in other subscribers?

Paying fees for network marketing subscriptions is impermissible. However, if the amount paid is in exchange for a permissible benefit and a service provided by the company to the subscriber, and the actual value of that service is equivalent to the amount paid, and the motive for paying is not greed for financial gain from marketing, then there is no objection to it.
