Is it permissible to sell medicine disbursed by the company, and to spend its price on my treatment with cupping and herbs, and on the treatment of my family, knowing that the company does not recognize cupping and herbs as a treatment?

If the medicine you received will spoil if not used, there is no harm in selling it and benefiting from its price. However, taking medicine with the intention of selling it and spending its price on cupping (hijama) or other things is not permissible without the permission of your employer, because "Muslims are bound by their conditions." It is not permissible for you to cheat or deceive to bypass conditions by taking medicine you do not need with the intention of selling it, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [your] contracts" and His saying: "Do not consume one another's wealth unjustly," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever cheats is not one of us."
