The father's permission to take from his wealth becomes void upon his death, and the ownership of the wealth transfers to the heirs. It is not permissible to take from it without their permission and consent.

Therefore, whatever was taken from the estate after the father's death must be returned, or it should be counted against the share of the one who took it. If what was taken exceeds the share, the excess must be returned, unless the mature heirs absolve him from it.

And the appointment of heirs to manage property affairs for a fee requires an agreement with them on that matter.
