Allah has legislated marriage to be a dwelling for both parties, and He made its foundation love and mercy. He commanded good treatment of women, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, informed that the best of people are those who are best to their families, and he enjoined good treatment of women. Part of good companionship is to give the wife time during intercourse until she fulfills her need. To address the husband's issue, it is recommended to present the verses and hadiths related to good companionship, provide specialized booklets and tapes, strive in beautification, perfuming, and endearing speech, and frankly tell him about her right to good treatment and to be given time during intercourse, while emphasizing that masturbation is not a solution and is forbidden.
