What is a fair distribution for a mother who has one son and four daughters, and is relinquishing her share in her three-story house, given that the son lives on the second floor and uses an apartment on the ground floor, one of the daughters wants the ground floor for a clinic, while the mother lives with her youngest daughter on the third floor, and the other daughters are married?

It is not valid to divide wealth as an inheritance during the owner's lifetime.
