Does divorce by triple repudiation occur by saying, "Don't make me say by triple repudiation that I will do such and such"?

It appears that what was mentioned does not constitute a conditional divorce because it does not include anything to that effect. Rather, it is understood that the husband is telling his wife: "Do not make me swear by triple divorce that I will do such and such," or "Do not be the cause of my swearing by divorce." This does not create a divorce oath.
