Nevertheless, a father still has the right to dutifulness and good treatment, no matter how much he wrongs or oppresses. One must beware of disobeying him or thinking of harming him. We advise patience with him, praying for his guidance and rectitude, and offering him gentle and kind advice. Also, maintain religious observance and uprightness in the home.
