ما حكم الشريعة فيمن تسبب في طرد رئيس العمل من وظيفته بسبب شكواه؟

We advise the wife to fear Allah and to restrain her tongue from excessive gossip and engaging in what does not concern her, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Among the excellence of one's Islam is his leaving alone what does not concern him." The one who is harmed by his boss at work has the right to raise his grievance to a higher authority to obtain justice and his rights. It is preferable for one who wishes to complain to advise his boss first; if he responds, then all is well. Otherwise, he should refer the matter to the employer, fulfilling his trust and offering sincere advice to the Muslims.
